Dear Dr. Golab Team, and Patients: Welcome Back!

I hope you and your family have remained safe and healthy during this time away.

Based on encouraging patient feedback, I am pleased to announce
Dr. Golab’s office will fully reopen on Monday, May 18,2020.

We are NOT A CLINIC with multiple patients hurriedly crowding in the office. We are a small, individualized boutique practice, allowing us to ensure high quality personal care, and cleanliness.

We have always maintained an extremely clean office for 22 years and running. I have always treated “one patient at a time” to ensure that from the moment you walk in, you are the only person in the reception area, and the only person in the treatment rooms. That ensures patient privacy, quality of treatment, patient comfort, and office cleanliness. And in essence, we’ve always “social distanced,” been responsible, and have been “ahead” of the game.

Your health and safety is of the highest priority, and we have always taken extensive measures to ensure your safety. We now have added additional safety protocols, which include:

ENHANCED CLEANING after each and every patient:

•  Bactericidal and Virucidal hospital grade disinfectants: We use hospital grade disinfectants to spray and wipe every surface including chairs, equipment, computers, counters, and cabinets after each and every patient.
•  Floors : Vacuumed after every patient, Full vacuum every single night, and shampooed once a week.
•  Hand sanitizing and cleaning stations: Throughout the office at various areas.
•  Hand Washing: Our hands are washed with the surgical soap and protocol before and after each and every patient.
•  Wearing of eye protection: For all patients and clinical staff, eye protection is worn and disinfected before and after use with hospital grade disinfectant.
•  Rubber dam: As I always have employed for all patients, which decreases infectious, harmful aerosol spread.
•  Autoclave: Every single instrument after use is scrubbed down, then ultrasonically shaken to remove remaining debris, and then autoclaved for complete sterilization.
•  Spore Testing: Weekly testing of the Autoclave (Instrument Sterilizer) is “
•  spore”
•  tested to ensure its proper functioning.
•  Disposable Products: Most products we use are disposable. A fresh product is used for and only one patient. It is not re-used.
•  Non-Latex Gloves : Our gloves are a non-Latex. Disposable one time use. We throw them out once we are finished with each patient. We never re-use them. The same is for masks.

•  Adhering to proper social distancing guidelines.
•  Limiting team member and patient physical contact.

•  Masks and temperature checks for all clinical team members.
•  Guidance for team members to adhere to health and social distancing requirements.
•  Initially limiting some amenities and services to promote safety.

Please let me know if you have any questions about our opening plans and/or preparations. If you have questions, call us at 972-691-1700. My personal cell is 972-672-2088 for your convenience.
